In the past, I have heard a few questions about all the new faces and new names that we are constantly introducing with Agfinity. This is something that will continually happen with us. They say, “variety is the spice of life”, right!? Whoever they are! Well, we are constantly looking for fresh new talent to add to our Agfinity team. This is not because we always like new faces and want to keep our photographer employed or to keep you guessing. Don’t get me wrong, our photographer is great and we do want to keep her employed, and, who doesn’t like a bit of a guessing game! But the real reason for all the new faces all the time is to grow our team and brand to be able to continually provide the service that you desire and have come to expect!
I know a few faces have disappeared over the years, but like everything in life, there is a season and a duration for each. Those traders that have moved on have moved on in search of their path in life. Heck, some have discovered that grain trading was not their cup of tea! I’m betting there are days that you feel the same way and that’s why you call us!
Now over the next few newsletters you will be seeing an influx of new Agfinity faces! These new team members are starting this coming week in order to be able to provide you all with the best grain trading opportunities for this harvest season and beyond! They are new, they are fresh, and they are eager, and some don’t have a whole lot of farming background. That’s ok though! We know that our awesome producers and buyers are more than willing to share their experience and knowledge when needed or asked and we love that!
So, over the next few weeks you will likely be getting calls and texts from our new traders looking to provide you with up to date grain pricing to assist with your fall and winter grain marketing needs or from our new buyer relations assistant looking for updates on your standing bids and to find out what your fall purchasing needs are. They are newly here to make your experience with Agfinity the best that it can be.
As always, we are here for you to help you harvest the best grain trading opportunities so give us a call! If you hear from one of our new team members, they are aiming to cultivate meaningful relationships with you so that we can harvest those best grain trading opportunities for you now and in the future. Keep an eye out in our coming newsletters for their bios to get to know them a bit better!
